Summary: We were greeted by the friendly Jeffrey at the front desk, he was very helpful and efficiently booked an extra day that we requested. More importantly, he assisted us with our luggages, he gave resto and shopping recommendations, too! Overall, it was an amazing trip made even better by Midnight Sun Hotel! Special thanks to Jeffrey!

Summary: Very cool ambiance. A tiny pain that the front desk is located in another building behind the Midnight Sun. Love that the shuttle is available for airport pickup and drop off.

Summary: At check in they informed us that the lobby music was really loud till 2 am . And it was true. We changed hotels after 1 night. They should put that on the web site. Then no one would stay there. It’s was disappointing as the rooms were nice

Summary: Room was nice. Had to check in at a different location. Our keys were deactivated after the first night we had to get them reactivated. No housekeeping which was OK but they didn’t even give us new coffee packets.
